MSHO, along with Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute and Wayne State University School of Medicine, will present The 21st Annual Review of the American Society of Hematology Meeting at the Dearborn Inn, from 7:00 a.m. until 2:45 p.m.

Don’t miss out on hearing the highlights of this year’s ASH Meeting in a concise format. This symposium is intended to disseminate current information to the practicing hematologist in order to improve the overall standard treatment of blood disorders. Participation in this event is also intended for fellows, residents, nurses, and other healthcare professionals who are interested in the current state of the field.

Continuing Education Credits:
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Wayne State University School of Medicine and the Michigan Society of Hematology and Oncology. The Wayne State University School of Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The Wayne State University School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 6.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.  

American Board of Internal Medicine MOC II Credit
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 6.25 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to
the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
