Prepare to Access Your 2016 Quality and Resource Use Reports

Physicians will also soon be able to access their 2016 Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) feedback reports, which show program year 2016 PQRS reporting results, including payment adjustment assessment for calendar year 2018. An EIDM account is also required to obtain PQRS feedback reports (the same EIDM account can be used to access both QRUR and PQRS reports).

Practitioners will then need to select the appropriate user roles to access the reports:

Individual Roles: Available to eligible professionals (EPs) or representatives of an EP that is a sole proprietor and is paid under a Tax Identification Number (TIN)/National Provider Identifier (NPI) for the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS):

  • Individual Practitioner – Allows the user to approve other role requests and access PQRS feedback reports and QRURs based on the TIN for which the role was requested.
  • Individual Practitioner Representative – Allows users access to PQRS feedback reports and QRURs based on the TIN for which the role was requested.

Group Roles: Available to EPs or representatives of a TIN that have 2 or more providers receiving MPFS payments under the TIN:

  • Security Official – Allows the user to approve other role requests and access PQRS feedback reports and QRURs based on the TIN for which the role was requested.
  • Group Representative – Allows users access to PQRS feedback reports and QRURs based on the TIN for which the role was requested.
