Did you know.... Telehealth services must be billed with the place of service code “02” for telehealth or the CPT telehealth modifier -95. McLaren Health Plan follows MDHHS guidelines and fee schedules for the coverage and reimbursement of telehealth services. McLaren Health Plan Community follows CMS guidelines for coverage and is reimbursed based on contracted fee schedules.
