As part of the MSHO Annual Meeting, we will once again offer an Update in Hematology & Oncology on Saturday, September 28 held at the Grand Traverse Resort. Medical oncologists, hematologists, radiation oncologists, advanced practice providers, oncology nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals who deliver care to cancer patients are encouraged to attend.

HOTEL INFORMATION
MSHO has reserved a block of rooms at a discounted group rate to select from. All room reservations must be made online. Once registration has been completed, you will receive a separate confirmation email which will include a link to reserve your hotel room. Reservations must be made no later than September 4, 2024, to be guaranteed our discounted rate.
ACCREDITATION & CREDIT DESIGNATION STATEMENT
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Accreditation Elements and Policies of the Michigan State Medical Society through the joint sponsorship of Munson Healthcare and the Michigan Society of Hematology and Oncology. Munson Healthcare is accredited by the Michigan State Medical Society to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Munson Healthcare designates this live activity for a maximum of 4.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
NURSES: CME Credits can be used to meet the continuing education requirements for Michigan nursing licensure without limitation.
RECOGNITION STATEMENT
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 4.25 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
