Oral Chemo Bill Passes the House

HB 4071Trackpassed 70-37.

The legislation, which was first introduced 15 years ago, would prohibit a health insurance policy from applying financial requirements to orally administered anticancer medications that are more restrictive than the financial requirements it applies to intravenously administered or injected anticancer medications. The bill will now be taken up by the Senate.
