[Duplicate] Help Us Stay Connected: Important Email Delivery Notice

We have recently learned that some members are not receiving MSHO communications, including important announcements, event information, and password reset emails. In many cases, these messages are blocked or filtered by institutional firewalls or spam protection systems.

To ensure you continue receiving timely updates and access to member resources, we ask you please contact your organization’s IT department and request that msho.org be added to your institution’s email whitelist or safe sender list.

Specifically, IT departments may need to:

• Whitelist the domain: @msho.org
• Allow emails from our website platform (for password resets and system-generated notifications)
• Check spam or quarantine filters for blocked messages

If you have recently requested a password reset and did not receive the email, this is likely the reason. If you need additional assistance, please reach out to MSHO’s membership coordinator, Theresa Jackson tjackson@msho.org.
